Returning VISAA all-state player Will Foley is a major factor for Norfolk Academy, especially on offense. 
The other schools will keep going, paced by reigning Tidewater Conference of Independent Schools champion Norfolk Academy, which barely missed making the VISAA Division I semifinals last season.
