An 18-year-old was killed in a shooting in Norfolk on Tuesday, according to police.
Around noon, police found a victim with life-threatening gunshot wounds in the 3200 block of Kimball Terrace.
The 18-year-old, identified as Norfolk resident Jamel M. Jones, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police continue to investigate the shooting.
