A man was injured in a shooting at Community Beach Park on Wednesday, according to Norfolk police.
Police responded to reports of a shooting at the park at 700 East Ocean View Ave. around 6:20 p.m.
The man was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries, police said.
No additional information was made available on Wednesday evening.
