Norfolk police on Tuesday arrested a man who was wanted in connection to a July homicide.
Norman A. Hollowell, 24, of Norfolk was found with a life-threatening gunshot wound in the 2100 block of Pretty Lake Avenue in the Ocean View area on July 21. Hollowell died at the scene.
Investigators identified 23-year-old Steven E. Williams Jr. as the shooter. On Aug. 13, police arrested Williams and charged him with second-degree murder and use of a firearm.
He is being held in Norfolk City Jail without bond.
